Greymatter was selected by REGIO toy store to implement their e-Commerce tender procedure under GOP 2.2.3-2007-0122.

As part of the tender programme, the B2C warehouse was given added functionality and a new B2B module for partners - including vendors and suppliers - was developed, and new CRM functions were introduced. Using SOAP technology, we linked the wholesaler's administrative system to a web interface.

New functions include but not limited to:

  1. Option to view and update stocks real-time.
  2. Viewing prices tailored for specific customers (customer-groups) on the portal.
  3. Multi-lingual site; prices are available in forints and in euros as well.
  4. Multi-transport support (personal pick-up at specified points, home delivery with courier). Support of electronic data management of logistic tasks.
  5. Cash-saving, electronic payment methods (bank transfer, payment by bankcard, paypal) e-Invoicing.
  6. An information interface is available from the portal through a secure ID. Buyers may view their order history, invoices, and may maintain their data.
  7. Complex graphic design and implementation of new online visual identity.
  8. Media storage to include video presentations and product materials (e.g. manuals), and REGIO Kft.'s hard copy catalogues are also available online in a flip-through format.
  9. Wish list for children.
  10. Multi-level SEO module.
